The BNA Business Card is an interbank card that allows you to carry out banking transactions throughout the country via the (RMI):
The business card has a limited validity period of three (3) years, automatically renewable.
It is available in two forms: classic business card or gold business card.
It allows you to carry out the following banking transactions:
Payments at electronic payment terminals (POS)
Deposits at BNA ATMs
Transfers via ATMs
A range of other features are available via ATMs and cash dispensers.

How to use the CIB Islamic Business Card?

At ATMs(DAB) :

SMS OTP

What is it?

SMS OTP (One-Time Password) is a feature that sends a random, one-time password via SMS to the cardholder’s mobile phone.

SMS OTP allows for secure payment validation (bills, purchases, etc.). SMS OTP is the service that allows you to conduct your online transactions securely. A confirmation SMS is sent to you for each transaction to verify your identity.

How does authentication work?

Step 1: Inserting the Card Verification Value (CVV2):
The CVV2 is the three-digit number printed on the back of the card and is used for authentication during online payments.
Step 2: Sending an SMS containing a code:
The code sent is for one-time use only. The SMS OTP is sent within seconds.
Step 3: User integration of the code:
Upon receiving the code, the user enters it on the platform.
Step 4: Code Validation
After adding the code, validation is required via the client interface.

SMS BANKING

What is it?

SMS Banking is a service that notifies you of your account balance and transactions via SMS. This service is offered to customers subscribed to the “E-Banking service.”

What notifications are sent?

  • Periodic account balance notifications;
  • SMS alerts when your balance reaches a certain threshold;
  • SMS alerts when a transaction amount is reached;

What are the requirements?

  • You must be a subscriber to the service with the BNA Islamic Pro package.
  • Your phone number, provided to your branch, must be valid.

What are the advantages?

  • Be informed in real time about any transaction on your account;
  • The ability to maintain a minimum balance in your account;
  • Benefit from preferential pricing with the BNA Islamic Pro package.

SMS CARD

What is it?

SMS CARD is a notification service using short, informative SMS messages sent to the customer’s phone. This service is offered to business cardholders.

What notifications are sent?

  • Card status changes:
  • The delivery date of personalized cards;
  • The activation date of cards;
  • Cards placed on hold (deactivation date);
  • Cards reported lost or stolen (reason: stolen or lost, reporting date);
  • Cards canceled (cancellation date);
  • Cards renewed and sent to the bank (sending date);
  • Cards replaced and sent to the bank (sending date);
  • The card’s expiry date
    An SMS is automatically sent to the cardholder after each change in the card’s status.

Transactional activity:

  • ATM/GAB withdrawal transactions with transaction details (date, time, amount);
  • Payment transactions with transaction details (date, time, amount);
  • Advertising and awareness messages;
  • Announcing new products and services offered by the bank;
  • Reminding customers of safety guidelines for card use;
  • Conducting surveys (INTERACTIVE SMS).
    The SMS is sent in near real-time to the business cardholder.
