Personal Data Protection Policy

The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to provide you with information about the approach of the National Bank of Algeria (BNA) regarding the collection, use, and preservation of your personal data. – Cookies (to improve your browsing experience and collect analytical data);

– Usage data (information about how you use our services, including IP address, browser, and device information);

– User-generated content: Any content you submit to our platform.

– Data concerning the purpose of your visit to the premises of the National Bank of Algeria (“BNA”);

– Video surveillance recordings;

– Recording of your route inside the BNA premises;

– When necessary, and only after obtaining your explicit consent, the BNA may collect sensitive data, including health data.

– Mise à disposition d’outils informatiques, de téléphonie, et gestion des accès à nos services et systèmes d’information y compris la messagerie professionnelle ;
– Aménagement d’un environnement de travail approprié notamment pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ;
– La sécurité : afin de garantir la sécurité des personnes et des équipements par l’identification des intervenants lors de l’accès aux ressources et installations de la BNA ;
– Protéger les droits de la BNA (par exemple pour se défendre dans le cas d’un litige) ;
– En cas d’urgence si la santé ou la sécurité d’un salarié ou d’un Tiers est menacée (par exemple en cas d’incendie) ;
– Communication (répondre à vos demandes, envoyer des mises à jour et fournir un support) ;
– Analyser le comportement des utilisateurs et améliorer nos services ;
– Marketing (pour envoyer des documents promotionnels, avec votre consentement) ;
– La gestion et l’exécution des processus internes, tels que la gestion des accès, des rendez-vous.
