A partnership agreement was signed today, Thursday, March 28, 2024, between the National Bank of Algeria and SARL ALGERIE CYBER MARKET (ACM), which specializes in online sales with payment facilities via its showrooms and the Internet. The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Bank’s General Directorate – Les Vergers (Birkhadem).
This agreement falls within the framework of the digitalization and online integration of the Bank’s “Mourabaha Equipements” financing on ACM’s e-commerce platform via its digital service “taksitexpress.dz”. This allows e-consumers to benefit from the National Bank of Algeria’s “Mourabaha Equipements” Islamic financing online.
This service allows consumers to perform a financing simulation online, confirm product availability, benefit from a rapid review of their files (72 hours), as well as home delivery and after-sales service for the products subject to the “Mourabaha Equipements”.
The agreement thus allows citizens to benefit from financing compliant with the precepts of Islamic Sharia and a payment facility formula guaranteeing comfort and flexibility.
The National Bank of Algeria-ACM contract allows the Bank to accelerate the digitalization process of its “Mourabaha Equipements” offer and, by the same token, optimize its commercial approach aimed at the permanent enrichment of its client portfolio.
This approach is in direct line with the Public Authorities’ action plan aimed at the development of banking penetration and the acceleration of financial inclusion, through the modernization of the financial system and the multiplication of distribution channels for banking services.
