As it does every year, the National Bank of Algeria (BNA) made a point of being present at the ceremony organized this Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Houari BOUMEDIENE International Airport in Algiers for the benefit of the first delegation of Hadjis traveling to the Holy Places of Islam.
Organized by the National Office of Pilgrimage and Umrah (ONPO), this ceremony took place in the presence of a delegation composed of several Ministers and Senior State Officials. BNA was represented at this ceremony by a delegation of senior executives, led by the Bank’s General Manager, Mr. Samir TAMRABET.
Faithful to its values as a Citizen Bank, BNA’s participation in this ceremony confirms its societal commitment and its efforts to facilitate access to financing for this Fifth Pillar of Islam. With this in mind, BNA has, as every year, renewed its financing offer proposed to Hadjis, namely the “ESSABIL” product, based on the “KARDH HASSAN” principle.
Let us recall that BNA was the first Bank to market the “ESSABIL” product for Hadjis in 2022. Its presence at said ceremony was an opportunity for our prestigious Institution to offer symbolic gifts to the Hadjis departing for the Holy Places of Islam.
